Frederik Magle, organ Frederik Magle (born 1977) is a Danish composer and concert organist. He began composing and playing piano at the age of 5 and had his first public performance at the age of 8. His works have been performed by many orchestras and soloists including the Danish National Symphony Orchestra, the London Philharmonic Orchestra, Nikolaj Znaider, and many others. On Like a Flame Frederik Magle plays on a Frobenius organ. He inspired the organ builder and had a lot of creative ideas when this unique instrument was built. Frederik's music on this CD was composed with this specific Frobenius organ in mind.
